What are the technical requirements of Litefast 360° Displays?
Mains electricity supply: 230 VAC / 50 Hz or 120 VAC / 60 Hz (USA)
Data source (PC or Mac) with DVI-D video output, alternatively WLAN; LAN, 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet, Satellite/ GPRS/ UMTS/ MODEM
What is important in the positioning of Litefast 360° Displays?
To bring out the best in the 360° concept we recommend central positioning.
There should be a minimum space of 20 cm between the display and the ceiling. The higher the room, the more effective the Litefast 360° display is!
The floor must be level (+/- 2° slope), low in vibration and designed for the relevant load. For the weight of the Litefast 360° model of your choice, please see the data sheet.
Litefast systems are designed for normal room temperatures ( max. 35 °C) and humidity ( 20 - 75 %).
Noise emission is 55 dB(A).
How is data transmitted from my computer to the Litefast 360° Display?
Communication between the Litefast 360° display and your computer is via the DVI-D video output (graphic card) and is therefore completely independent of the operating system, manufacturer, hardware or software.
Networking is via WLAN; LAN, 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet, Satellite / GPRS/ UMTS/ MODEM.
Do I need special software to operate the Litefast 360° Display?
Our sophisticated 360° displays are supplied ready for operation and do not need any special software.
For network-based solutions we provide, as an optional extra, our Litefast Media Player PC with easy-to-operate content management software.
What digital data formats can Litefast 360° Displays show?
Image formats jpg, bmp, gif, png, tga, tiff, PGML, WI
Video formats mpeg, avi, mov, wmf, divX, H264 (Litefast MAGIC and Litefast MOTION)
Animations Flash, Shockwave, gif
Audio mp3, mp4, wav, mpeg1-L2, ac3 (Litefast MAGIC and Litefast MOTION)
Websites html, xhtml, JavaScript
Other formats: Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), electronic routing systems, live ticker function (Litefast MAGIC and Litefast MOTION).
Are Litefast 360° Displays suitable for continuous operation?
Yes, all Litefast products have been developed specially for 24/7 operation. The use of the latest LED technology guarantees uninterrupted continuous operation at a high level of energy efficiency and long LED operating life.
How can Litefast 360° Displays be transported?
Their well-planned modular structure means that Litefast 360° displays are easy to transport and can be assembled quickly. For each model we also have a suitable flight case for simple and secure transport.
What happens in the event of a breakdown?
Litefast 360° displays are made in Germany to the highest quality standards. In spite of this it is impossible to exclude any malfunction fully, but we provide optimum customer service facilities to provide you with the best possible support:
- Your Litefast 360° display will be competently supported by our trained customer service staff.
- In the event of a functional breakdown our worldwide service network guarantees that your systems will be quickly restored to normal operations.
- Even after the end of the warranty period you can of course still rely on our support. In the event of a breakdown all you need do is contact our customer service.
- Of course we can offer optional service contracts which guarantee a reaction time of 8, 16 or 24 hours.
- Optionally we can extend our efficient support by the remote maintenance of your Litefast 360° system.
- Our main logistics centre near Munich guarantees the fast shipment of any spare parts which are required.
